Happy volunteers! One of our Kiwanis Club’s service projects is packing boxes of seasonal clothing for local children in need with one of our non-profit partners at Boxes of Basics. These smiling faces (the Smiley Faces are Gainesville HS Key Club students!) are working to fight clothing insecurity in our area.
The Haymarket-Gainesville Club (often shortened to Haymarket Kiwanis), was charted in December 2022. Three Kiwanis Clubs in Prince William & adjoining counties have been serving their communities for over 100 years now. We are a busy club who positively impacts the lives of our local children through our service projects, and enthusiastically look forward to our next 96 years to join those clubs over 100!

Kiwanis Service
Service is at the heart of every Kiwanis club, no matter where in the world it’s located. Members stage approximately 7.7 million hours of service projects and raise nearly US$390 million every year for communities, families and projects. By working together, members achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone.
Our Kiwanis club focuses on changing the world by serving children, one child in our community at a time. To reach more people and have a greater service impact on their communities, many clubs sponsor another Kiwanis family club — K-Kids for primary school children; Builders Clubs for adolescents; Key Clubs for high school for teens; Circle K clubs for university students and Aktion Clubs for adults living with disabilities.
